We came to Schmimmer to purchase a 2018 Ford F-250. The sales team (Don, Todd and Jim) was fantastic. They are professional and polite. They had all paperwork done before we got there and was done quickly. As for the service department they are equally awesome. Well worth the 40 minute drive we made! Randy was our salesman and he was straightforward, honest and fair. Truly had a great car buying experience. He answered all our questions, was patient while we discussed different ideas and to top it off, we had our 2 year old with us and he and the other employees working that day, we're great with her too. Hopefully we don't need another car for a while! but we will definitely check with Schimmer when we do!

Brought my Santa Fe in for an oil change and tire rotation; service staff are friendly and helpful. Would be nice if a quick car wash was included with the service like the other dealership I sometimes go to.

We just had the best service from Raul Diaz and Mike Parent. They helped get us into a used 2013 F150. They were very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Raul worked with us to locate the Ford Pickup Truck we wanted. It was at their Peru Lot. Raul went to pick it up and checked it over ahead of time for us he was fantastic to work with and found exactly what we wanted in very short time. Mike went out of his way to get us a good finance rate and a few other extras we did not even think about. All in all they are a great bunch of guys to work with and we will be going back in the future. Thank you Raul and Mike. LOVE LOVE LOVE the truck ;-)
